School Counselors are available to help support students and their families in a variety of ways.  Although I am a professionally trained counselor, I am not in a position to offer on-going, long-term mental health counseling.  I am able to provide time-limited, short term support for many issues that students face, such as anxiety, depression, self-injury, changing family issues, etc.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions, concerns or could use support in any way.

In addition, I am pleased to announce that Abby Griffith, a school-based therapist from CSG, Community Services Group, will be available one day a week at the intermediate school to provide on-going therapy and support for students. If you are interested in learning more, please contact the intermediate school counseling office.

Below is a link to a list of service providers in the local area.  You are encouraged to contact your health insurance provider first to determine "in-network" providers for the service you are seeking.  I can help support you through this process as well.  Just let me know how I can help.
