Pequea Valley Athletics Parent & Student Handbook
Students & Parents,
Please read and review the parent and student athletic handbook. Sign and return the Agreement to Participate form to your coach during the first week of practice. Failure to turn in all paperwork will result in not being able to participate in the season until all paperwork is complete.

Athletic Physicals
Athletic physicals need to be completed by every athlete each school year. All athletes must have a PIAA CIPPE physical form on file with the Athletic Office prior to the start of practice. Sections 1-5 should be filled out online using FamilyID.
Section 6 should be downloaded and completed by your physician. Please contact our Athletic Trainer, Ben Gardinier, at benjamin_gardinier@pequeavalley.org or 717-768-5500 ext. 5261 for any questions.

Pequea Valley Varsity Jackets

NCAA Clearing House Information
NCAA Clearing House Information is for students who are interested in playing sports in Division I or II school. Parents and students should follow the attached procedures to ensure timely processing of their NCAA Clearinghouse eligibility.
