Meal Account Payments & Refunds

 

Paying for Meals
  • Options for food purchases include: cash, check or online payment.
  • When sending cash, please use an envelope with your child's name, grade, and account number.
  • If you are paying by check please make it out to PVSD Food Service and include your child’s name and ID number on the check. 
  • To pay online go to www.myschoolbucks.com to create an account. 
  • It is free to create an account to keep track of all purchases and receive low balance alerts. There is a fee to add funds online. 

Account Refunds 

  • Moving? Transferring to a different school? Please be sure to check your learner’s meal account before you leave the district. Contact your learner’s school to find out if there is a balance due or if you are owed a refund.
  • Any negative balances due to an account as of the last day of school will be transferred to the school district as an obligation. Any payments for these obligations should be made to the School District and not to the Food Service Department.
