School Based Counseling

 

 

Pequea Valley School District has been able to partner with Restore to provide school-based counseling to our students during the school day.

Restore Counseling Services joins Pequea Valley School District in its mission to create an ideal learning environment that inspires each learner to excel. When we provide students the means to address their challenges or mental health concerns, we help them experience reduced stress, improved focus, better social skills, and healthier relationships. We help them to excel.

Therapy appointments with a Restore counselor are available to all Pequea Valley students in the building where they attend school.

  • Salisbury Elementary School

How Do I Schedule Therapy for my Pequea Valley Student?

Scheduling an appointment for your student is easy. We are ready to assist you! 

  1. Complete a referral form. You may reach out to a school counselor for a referral form or contact us directly at info@restorecounselingservice.com. Please include front and back images of your insurance card with your referral form.
  2. Complete an intake for the student. Upon receipt of your referral form, we will contact you to schedule an initial appointment called an intake. The intake appointment is like an introduction; it is an opportunity for us to get to know the student’s background and the challenges he or she is experiencing. An intake appointment can take place in person or virtually, whichever is more convenient. 
  3. Schedule with a therapist. Once the intake is completed, we will schedule the student with a therapist. You may also reach out directly to a therapist on the Pequea Valley team to schedule an appointment after your intake is complete.
