Flexible Instruction Day Tech Support

During Flexible Instruction Days, the technology help desk will be available. Please use this link to login to Clever and click the One-to-One Plus tile.

Click Login with Google to use your email and password to sign in to One-to-One Plus.

Click on the Flexible Instruction Day Tech Ticket icon to enter a ticket. Please complete all necessary information and note that wifi, camera, and microphone issues cannot be resolved remotely.

Once you have submitted your ticket, please continue to check your PV email for updates and communication about your issue. Those emails will come from Pequea Valley School District with a subject line that begins "Re: TSK".

You should reply directly to those emails to communicate with the PV Tech Team. DO NOT EMAIL INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE TECH TEAM ABOUT YOUR TICKET. Thank you!
