Apple Core Overview:
Apple Core is Pequea Valley School District’s school-based, learner-led technology support program. Learners on the Apple Core team support the district’s one-to-world technical device initiative by assisting with the maintenance, support, and repair of district computers, hand-held devices, and peripherals. Core members are trained to troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise in the learning environment. Additionally, they collaborate to create and maintain various media projects for the district and surrounding community. Apple Core members hold a great deal of responsibility and must act professionally at all times, as they staff their building’s technology Help Desk, assist learners and facilitators throughout the day, and communicate with the community members they serve.
