PUBLIC NOTICE

The Pequea Valley School Board welcomes the public to their School Board meetings. Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month (except July) and Regular meetings are held on the Thursday of the week following the committee meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pequea Valley District Office, 166 S. New Holland Road, Kinzers, PA.  If an individual needs accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the School Board Secretary at john_bowden@pequeavalley.org.

 

Pequea Valley School District December 12, 2024, Regular Meeting Details 

The detailed agenda for each meeting will be posted on the District website as soon as it is made final. The December 12, 2024, Regular Meeting agenda is linked here. All agendas are subject to change at or before the date/time of each meeting and/or upon motion of any Board Member.

Please note that the December 12, 2024 Regular meeting will be held in the PVSD Board Room in the District Office.

Residents may submit comments in advance of the meeting via email to Vicki Hoover at vicki_hoover@pequeavalley.org or by phone at 717-768-5588.  Comments must include the name and address of the individual proposing the comment.  District residents, only, shall be permitted to comment, and the Board will limit comments to agenda items only.  Proposed comments must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting, and comments cannot include the names of students or staff members.  Public comment during the meeting, without submission in advance, may be considered but cannot be guaranteed due to the limitations caused by the meeting being conducted virtually.
 

A recording of the meeting will be used to generate the meeting minutes, which will be approved by the Board at the following month’s business meeting.  The Board reserves the right to entertain any and all such matters which may be properly brought before them at the meeting.
