A. To purchase additional and missed classroom furniture for the PV Secondary School in the amount of $66,719.25.
B. To purchase a choral riser for the choral room in the PV Secondary School in the amount of $24,535.20.
C. Personnel
Appointments:
Trish Misetic, School Nurse, Paradise and Salisbury Elementary Schools, effective August 5, 2025.
Salary: $67,800 (B, Step 2)
Trish graduated from Chamberlain University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and Eastern University with a School Nurse certification. Most recently, she was employed by Hempfield School District as a School Nurse. Trish is replacing Joy Lewis who resigned August 13, 2025.
Autumn McDonald, School Psychologist, Paradise and Salisbury Elementary Schools, effective August 5, 2025.
Salary: $77,700 (M+30, Step 1)
School Psychologist, Paradise and Salisbury Elementary Schools, up to 10 additional days at her per diem rate, effective August 5, 2025.
Autumn graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology, and Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree. Most recently, she was a School Psychologist Intern for Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit. Autumn is replacing Katie Fritz who resigned August 1, 2025.
Stephen Killinger, Maintenance Crew, $28.00/hour, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, effective July 24, 2025.
Steve was a dock lead at AmerCare Royal for 15 years.
Extracurricular Appointments:
Matthew Culp, Boys’ Soccer Junior High Head Coach, $2,000, effective June 26, 2025.
Matt currently coaches Pequea Valley Youth Soccer and has coached various girls’ and boys’ U8 – U19 teams.
Michael Patterson, Girls’ Basketball Junior High Head Coach, $2,300, effective June 26, 2025.
Mike has been a Pequea Valley volunteer coach for 3-years and was a coach for the G220 AAU Girls’ Basketball program.
Peyton Henshaw, Girls’ Soccer Junior High Assistant Coach, $1,500, effective July 14, 2025.
Peyton Henshaw is a PV graduate and was an Assistant Coach for the G220 AAU Girls’ Basketball program. She also did an internship at Salisbury Elementary with 6th graders as a teacher aide in her senior year.
