LIAISON REPORTS
CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATION’S AND SUPERINTENDENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the 2026 Capital Reserve Budget.
The Capital Reserve Budget is approved annually at the December Board meeting.
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-G. (rc)
A. An agreement with River Rock Academy for one student slot for student services at Lancaster Campus Private
Licensed Academic Elementary Program at a per diem rate of $248.00 a day, and to purchase transportation
services at a per diem rate of $81.00 for the 2025-2026 school year.
B. To purchase a Ventrac Mower with aerator, and ball field groomer, from Power Pro equipment at a cost of
$61,190.80 to be paid out of Capital Reserve.
Purchase required prior to December 31, 2025 in order to avoid 2026 price increases.
C. To purchase a 2025 Ram 2500 maintenance truck (gas), from Lancaster Country Motors at a cost of
$54,457.70 to be paid out of Capital Reserve.
Purchase required prior to December 31, 2025 in order to avoid 2026 price increases.
D. November 13, 2025, Regular meeting minutes.
E. Financial Reports and Presentation of Bills for October 2025.
F. The expulsion of Student A effective November 21, 2025, through June 2026 for premeditated and
implemented physical assault of another student.
