APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, the Board approved the January 7, 2025, Committee Meeting minutes.
CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATION’S RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-H. (rc)
A. The Audit Report for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
B. To purchase wrestling mats for the Adaptive PE room at the Secondary school from Resilite at a cost of $33,320.92.
C. The 2025-2026 Lancaster County CTC Budget.
D. To enter into an agreement with Penn Medicine for the buildout of a HealthWorks facility in the old high school, as presented.
E. The following change order for the construction project:
General Contractor – Jay R. Reynolds, Inc.
- Provide dry sprinkler systems for the loading dock, rear canopy, and walk-in freezer - $55,034.00
F. An agreement with Lancaster County Academy approving membership in the Joint High School Consortium for the term July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, for two seats at a cost as follows per seat:
- 2025-2026 - $5,507
- 2026-2027 - $5,727
- 2027-2028 - $5,899
G, An amendment to the Real Estate Tax Collection Agreement to give the Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau the opportunity to make limited increases to the compensation rates under the Agreement to account for increased costs associated with collecting the tax.
H. To commit $2.5 million for future capital projects, effective June 30, 2024.
SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-D. (rc)
A. For the district to continue using Lancaster Newspapers as its public newspaper of general circulation.
B. Approval of a new AP Precalculus course.
