APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, the Board approved the March 4, 2025, Committee Meeting minutes.
CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATION’S RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-D. (rc)
A. To contract with Martin CFS to provide moving services for the Pequea Valley Secondary School in the amount of $63,494.00.
B. To contract with Branching Minds to provide a software platform to house data to support all learners in district enrollment, Tiers 1, 2, 3 and learners with IEPs, 504 Plans, and enrichment needs, at a cost of $9,500.00.
C. A purchase from Apple, Inc. in the amount of $345,155.80.
This purchase is part of the scheduled replacement cycle through the Technology budget and includes laptops for 5th and 9th grades, three grade levels of iPads, and Apple TVs for Pequea Valley Secondary School.
D. The following change orders for the construction project:
General Contractor – Lobar, Inc.
- Monthly General Conditions – October 16, 2024 – March 31, 2025 at a cost of $261,286.47
- Additional topsoil behind retaining wall at the cost of $26,891.19
Plumbing Contractor - Jay R Reynolds
- Monthly General Conditions – October 16, 2024 – March 31, 2025 at a cost of $90,327.20
- Provide custom control panel, sensors, and pressure switches for propane system at a cost of $42,188.00
HVAC Contractor - Matchline Mechanical
- Monthly General Conditions – October 16, 2024 – March 31, 2025 at a cost of $131,521.13
Electrical Contractor - Boro
- Monthly General Conditions – January 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025 at a cost of $143,804.40
- Cafeteria speaker and TV revisions at a cost of $10,360.58
- Auditorium Sound System Changes at a cost of $63,582.93
- IDF Rack Changes at a cost of $7,837.14
Total Change Orders $777,799.04
