APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS’ AND SUPERINTENDENT RECOMMENDATIONS:

On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-D. (rc)

A.    A contract with New Story Schools for one Pequea Valley learner to receive special education support
       during the 2026-27 school year, at a cost of $485/day, based on enrollment.

         New Story Schools is a network of specialized schools serving students with autism and other educational and 
         behavioral needs. New Story provides individualized academic instruction, therapeutic support, and behavioral
         services in a structured setting designed to help students develop the skills they need to succeed at school and in
         their communities.

B.    To approve Pequea Valley learners who have a valid learner ID free admission into home regular season
        sporting events. All learners sixth grade and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

        This item was discussed at the September 29, 2026 Committee Meeting.

C.    A purchase from GDC IT for replacement laptops in the amount of $8,377.90.

        This is part of the normal replacement cycle for Food Service and the Business Office.

D.    Personnel.
