Attend Our Board Meetings

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Pequea Valley School Board welcomes the public to their School Board meetings. Committee meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month (except December) and Regular meetings are held on the Thursday of the week following the Committee meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pequea Valley District Office, 166 S. New Holland Road, Kinzers, PA.  In the event an individual needs accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act, please contact Dawn Twardowski at 717-768-5588.

The detailed agenda for each meeting is posted below as soon as it is made final. All agendas are subject to change at or before the date/time of each meeting and/or upon motion of any Board Member.

Residents may submit comments in advance of the meeting via email to Dawn Twardowski at dawn_twardowski@pequeavalley.org or by phone at 717-768-5588.  Comments must include the name and address of the individual proposing the comment.  District residents, only, shall be permitted to comment, and the Board will limit comments to agenda items only.  Proposed comments must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting, and comments cannot include the names of learners or staff members.  
 

A recording of the meeting will be used to generate the meeting minutes, which will be approved by the Board at the following month’s business meeting.  The Board reserves the right to entertain any and all such matters which may be properly brought before them at the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Regular meetings of the Board of School Directors of Pequea Valley School District will be held on the first Thursday of the week following the Committee meeting each month, except July, at 7:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room. In December, the Regular meeting will follow the Board Reorganization meeting. These meetings are open to the public.
