    Step 1: Fill out the Application (With the consent and signature of parent/gaurdian)
     
     
     
     

     


    Step 2: Wait for confirmation Email from
    Graduation Experience Coordinator
    (If you don't receive an email within 2 days, contact the Graduation Experience Coordinator)
     
    Step 3: Start your 20 hour experience, download time log below, get signatures from mentor verifying time. (Don't forget to put your name on this document.)

    STEP 6:    Following your presentation, you will receive a certificate of completion from the graduation experience coordinator.
     
     
     
    Further Information --
    Purpose:

    To provide an opportunity for the student to engage in and share a unique educational experience beyond the classroom. This experience will allow the student to explore new horizons and to use his/her talents in a productive manner.

     

     


    Components of the Experience:

    Students must choose one Educational Option and one Presentation Option.

     


    Educational Options: (minimum of 20 Hours)

    1.  Travel Experiences- Missions Trips, Educational Trips.

    Note: Family vacations and trips of leisure will not be accepted.

    2.  Volunteering/Community Service- SPCA, Coaching, Boy Scouts, Hospitals, etc.

    3.  Career Shadowing- Shadow an individual in a career of interest.

    4.  Creative Project- A custom project to be determined by the student.

     

     


                                   

    Note: Students are NOT permitted to use any classroom assessments, projects or field trips as a Graduation Experience.

    September 15, 2017 - Approval Form due
    April 15, 2018 - Time Log, Verification Form, and Presentation Option Form due

    Note: These deadlines apply to the class of 2018 only. 

    Underclassmen may submit approval forms at any time.
