    APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

    On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, the Board approved the February 2, 2021, Committee Meeting minutes.                             

    CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATION’S RECOMMENDATIONS:

    On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-F. (rc)

    A.    An agreement with Lancaster County Academy approving membership in the Joint High School Consortium at a cost of $8,743 per seat.

    B.    A resolution authorizing the bond purchase agreement dated February 11, 2021, designated the “General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2021”, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of Seventy Million Dollars ($70,000,000) toward various capital projects, including construction of, and renovations and additions to the intermediate and high schools.

    C.     To approve a cooperative sponsorship in the sport of cross country between Pequea Valley School District and  Linville Hill Middle and High Schools.

    D.     Approval to purchase and install new wireless access points at PVIS and replace network switches in all buildings from Dauphin Data Com, at a total cost of $126,014.00. An eRate discount of 80% will offset the cost to the district.

    E.      Approval of the Pequea Valley Early Learning Center Sponsorship Agreement between the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County and the Pequea Valley School District.

    F.       Approval to enter into a settlement agreement with the family of a learner with special education needs at a cost of $29,500 for educational expenses through September 2, 2026.

    A.    Approval of the 2021-2022 Pequea Valley School District Calendar.

    A.    Tax Exoneration/Refund

           On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given to exonerate and refund real estate taxes on two parcels acquired by Linville Hill Christian School for the 2020-2021 school year.
