    On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, the Board approved a resolution authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bond, Series of 2022, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $40,000,000 for the purpose of paying all or a portion of the costs of various capital projects, including construction of, renovations, and additions to the Intermediate School and High School and other ongoing or proposed capital projects as determined by the School District.
