MOMENT OF SILENCE, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
SCHOOL BOARD RECOGNITION – High school choral learners will be recognized for participating in the American Choral Directors Association Honors Choir and the Lancaster-Lebanon Music Educators Association County Chorus Festival. High school band learners will be recognized for participating in the PVHS Symphonic Band at the LLMEA County Band South Honors Festival.
SCHOOL BOARD PRESENTATION – Seth Wentz will present an update on the new 7-12 building.

EXECUTIVE SESSIONS were held on March 10, 2022, and April 5, 2022, for personnel and legal matters.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, the Board approved the April 5, 2022, Committee Meeting minutes.
CHIEF OF FINANCE AND OPERATION’S RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-B. (rc)
A. An agreement with Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health to provide education, basic psychiatric intervention, psychological services, and related services as called for in a learner’s individual educational or treatment plan, at a cost of $273.49 per school day and for 1:1 services at a cost of $40 per hour, beginning March 16, 2022 through June 30, 2022.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is an approved private school that is educating one of our learners with special needs.
B. Approval of the Act 34 Booklet and Resolution.
SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATIONS:
On a motion by _____ and a second by _____, approval was given for the following Consent Agenda Items A-C. (rc)
A. The resignation of School Board member, Jane Horst, effective March 10, 2022.
B. The proposed 2022-2023 IU 13 Budget (Core Program of Services and IMS) totaling $3,273,715.
